Never run more than a few kilometers? Good. That's exactly who this is for.
You don't need to be fast to start. You just need to start the right way. Train for your first 10K, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon with a structured running plan, runner-specific strength training, fueling guidance, and real coaching.
Most new runners don't struggle because they can't run. They struggle because they don't know how to train.
- Running too fast, too soon
- Following random plans from the internet
- Not knowing how much to run or when to recover
- Ignoring strength training
- Guessing their pace, heart rate, and fueling
- Not knowing whether to push or back off when something doesn't feel right
Everything above has a fix.
A structured plan, strength training, real coaching, and a community working toward the same goal.
See what you getMore than just a running plan.

Meet Your Coach
Strength & Conditioning Coach, gym owner, and coach to runners, swimmers, young athletes, and everyday people for 14+ years.
Training myself for 7+ years, currently on my own road to the New York City Marathon 2026.
Inside this community, I share both sides: what I coach, and what I practice myself. The good sessions, the hard days, the long runs, the recovery, the strength work, the nutrition. All of it.
No shortcuts. No random workouts. Train with purpose.
Real people. Real progress.
Not everyone starts as a runner. Some start with their first 5K. Some want to lose weight. Some want their first Half Marathon. Some want to become stronger, more durable runners. The goal is different for everyone. The process is the same: consistency, structure, and patience.
"Coached from zero running experience to crossing my own finish line."
"A real plan and someone to ask, instead of guessing alone."
Stop guessing. Start training with purpose.

Common questions, honest answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. The first 100 founding members join at no cost. After the first 100 spots are filled, new members join at $49/month. There's no trial period and no hidden charge.
I've never run before. Can I train for a 10K or Half Marathon?
Absolutely. You do not need to be fast or experienced to start. The first goal is simply to build consistency, increase your running gradually, and give your body enough time to adapt. Start where you are, not where someone else is.
Do I need to run fast every day to get better?
No, this is one of the biggest mistakes beginners make. Most of your running should feel controlled and easy. Easy runs build your aerobic engine and let you recover so you can perform properly when it's time for a harder session.
Why do runners need strength training?
Running alone doesn't build everything you need. Strength training helps you become stronger, more stable, and more durable. The goal isn't to make a runner into a bodybuilder, it's to build a body that can handle more running.
What's more important, pace or heart rate?
Both can be useful, but the situation matters. In Karachi heat and humidity, forcing a pace can turn an easy session into a hard one. On those days, Faisal would rather control the effort and heart rate than chase a number on the watch.
What if I miss a workout?
Don't panic, and don't try to squeeze every missed kilometer back into the week. One missed workout doesn't ruin a training block. Look at the bigger picture, recover, and continue with the plan.
Is this individual one on one coaching?
Coach By Faisal provides a structured training system for different running levels and goals. Weekly coaching helps members understand and apply their training correctly. Fully individualized one on one programming is a separate coaching service.
Do I need a gym?
No. Strength training can be adapted based on your experience and available equipment. The goal is to build the strength, stability, and durability your running needs, not to make you dependent on a gym.
Start where
you are.
